Yes — with two conditions. You have to be willing to sit down and work at it, and the product has to be the kind AI handles well: web apps, admin panels, marketplaces, booking systems, internal tools, most mobile apps. If your idea needs something AI genuinely can't do yet, we'll tell you on the first call instead of taking your money.

The work itself is about a day. What takes longer is the internet: after a domain is pointed at your server, DNS changes need 24–48 hours to reach providers worldwide, and nothing can speed that up. So we split it — first session is the spec, database and full setup; then DNS propagates; second session we confirm everything resolves, hand over the running system and train you. Anyone promising a live domain the same day is either not registering a new one or hasn't hit the delay yet.

No. You get real code in your own repository, running on your own server, with your own domain. Nothing is tied to a platform's pricing or to us. If you later hire a development team, they can pick it up and keep going.

The written specification, the database design, a working server with your app skeleton deployed, a domain with HTTPS, file storage, email sending, authentication, and a deployment command. All on accounts registered to you. Plus the knowledge of how to keep building.

You do, with AI. That's the whole point of the price. We build the foundation, which is the part that's hard to get right and easy to get wrong, and we teach you the workflow. If you'd rather we built the whole product, that's a normal development contract — ask us and we'll quote it.

That is the most common way this goes wrong — not that AI cannot write the code, but that a blank repository gives it nothing to work from. Core removes that: you get the API across your whole database, auth, an admin panel, and one screen built end to end. From there AI has real endpoints to call and a real screen to imitate, and building the remaining screens is ordinary work rather than invention. Roughly 16–20 hours, added to the Launch package. Starting from an empty project is also fine — plenty of people do.

Usually $20–60 per month depending on how intensely you work. You pay the AI provider directly, not us. Hosting and the domain are another $10–30 per month. We'll show you exactly what to subscribe to and what to skip.

Yes. Everything is done through a proper invoice with a contract — bank transfer or card. No cash-in-hand arrangements. If you're a registered business, the invoice works for your accounting.

That happens to almost everyone, and it is normal. We check in a week after launch specifically to catch it. Beyond that, extra hours are billed at the hourly rate — one hour is usually enough to get past a wall that has blocked you for days.

None. The idea is yours, the code is yours, the accounts are in your name. We don't take equity and we don't claim any share of what you build.

Before we start, you get a full refund, no questions. Once the working session has happened and the spec is written, that part is delivered and non-refundable — but if we haven't yet done the infrastructure setup, that portion is refunded in full.
